Non-Toxic Aid for Nail Problems
For the past few months, I've had the luxury of treating myself to a much needed manicure/pedicure every two weeks. Running a B&B, keeps ones hands very busy, most the time, with either washing, baking, cooking, cleaning or gardening.
However, I began to realize that I was starting to have problems with my nails. The shop manager looked at them and said that my nails were like her sisters. And, her sister discovered her problem was from the toxins in the nail products. So, I stopped having the polish and top coat applied; I had them buffed instead. It will take time for my nails to grow out healthy, but in the meantime....
