Make mine organic.

I was so relieved when this place opened up around the corner from my work. Having a coffee shop where every drink I order is organic (and strong!) is a luxury in the financial district, and they do a really good job with their coffee. I am here multiple times a week, and I recommend it for anyone who is tired of Starbucks or of waiting for the one day of the month when they brew organic coffee at CBTL.

The food is good as well, the sandwiches and lunch items are also mostly organic and pretty tasty. I recommend the veggie sandwiches and the quiche.

The only reason they don't get five stars from me is the lack of healthy breakfast foods. Somehow, a white-flour-refined-sugar scone kind of defeats the purpose of my organic latte.

Still, the coffee is a treat. Check it out!
