Excellent pasta sauces
I have to confess - though I am perfectly capable of making my own sauces, I do not hesitate to throw a couple jars of Rising Moon's garlic & chanterelle sauce into my shopping cart if it is on sale. The sauces are organic and very tasty, though expensive and work great in a pinch when I'm lazy.
Several varieties are vegan, including:
Organic Garlic & Merlot
Organic Garlic & Basil
Organic Garlic & Chanterelle Mushroom
This product is in glass jars -- they are a great size and easy to re-use for other things (or leftovers).
The company promotes vegetarianism and has a section on their site describing the benefits of a vegetarian diet and includes recipes. My only advice to you is - "Mangia, Mangia!"
