Description: Organic and raw drink, available in 4 flavors.
It seems as though there is an ongoing rotation of health food that gets its five minutes of fame. Quinoa was one of them. Now Kombucha. Fortunately, Kombucha is a much easier alternative to Quinoa. It is ready to drink and mighty tasty. It is energizing, low in sugar, and can also make for a very nice hang-over remedy.
I have just one warning: DO NOT SMELL IT! The smell is enough to turn you away forever (but really, what would you expect from a fermented mushroom drink).

It's interesting that you would compare Kombucha to Quinoa - they are so different! Quinoa isn't exactly a fad - it's been a food staple for hundreds of years, but periodically gets buzz in the press. I remember a spike in popularity in the 70s.

I wasn't really comparing the two foods as being alike in taste. It just seems as though there are some foods that get all hyped up. I also didn't say it was a bad thing. Being healthy is great. It's kinda like when a band I like makes it onto the radio. Some people stop liking them because they think they "sold out". I think it's a good thing. Anything anyone can do to get the mass of people that listen to pop music listening to something with a little more soul is a good thing!

Gotcha - thanks for the clarification! :) Keep up the good reviews!
