Remember going to the fair in the summer and trying to eat a frozen chocolate dipped banana before the chocolate melted all over your hands -- just past the point when the banana is just defrosted enough to bite through and the chocolate isn't breaking off in frozen flakes?
That's what Organic Rice Divine Chocolate Banana Fudge is like -- except it's more grown up -- the fudge swirl has a bit of a salty edge and the banana ice cream is creamy but not overly sweet and cloying. This is one killer ice cream -- highly recommended.
All Organic Rice Divine desserts are vegan, kosher, gluten-free and trans-fat free. Yum.
