Kashi Original 7-Grain Pilaf
This couldn't be simpler to have in your kitchen. Kashi blends seven whole grains together in a vacuum packed pouch, fully cooked. All you do is open them and heat them gently, whether in a microwave or on the stovetop. That's it. There's no flavoring, no excessive sodium, no preservatives, no nothing extra. You turn it into something wonderful with your own culinary flair. This was perfect in a pasta salad to add extra nutrition, and would be perfect as a side dish to complement just about any main dish.
