Super tannic red wine

A cheap bottle of wine is a cheap bottle of wine -- being organic or biodynamic doesn't necessarily mean it will taste better. I really wanted to like "Cote Zero" but the tannins were too overpowering. Decanting it for an hour and swirling a few grains of sugar into my glass really helped it out a lot.
