thin-crust pizza yumminess

During my stay in San Francisco (I’m visiting from the east coast), my sister has taken me to eat at many excellent restaurants, and Pauline’s is one of my favorites. They have great thin-crust pizza and salads, using fresh organic local ingredients. We ordered a split pizza- half of the meat special, and half of the veggie special. Pauline’s uses what they call “eccentric ingredients” on their pizzas-- like corn, pancetta, roasted potatoes, fancy cheeses (of course!), various herbs (like parsely and burgomot) on their pizzas. Crust is light and crisp. The atmosphere of the restaurant is elegant- I remember wood and white, and candles. Toilets are also a highlight (see for yourself)!
