Stomaching plain yogurt was a hard transition for me; I had a hard time with the sour flavor. So far in my quest to eat plain rather than sugary flavored yogurts, I like this the best. The yogurt is organic (yay) and it has live and active cultures that are good for digestion. I recommend this yogurt to people who don't necessarily like their plain yogurt to be so sour.
