Horible Customer Service
When I tried to get my bike fixed here I received horrible customer service. The young man who was "helping" me was condescending, rude and treated me like I was bothering him. When I pointed this out to the owner, he too was disrespectful and told me that he backed his employees 100%; that it must be me who was being difficult.
I was stunned, I have never been called difficult (except by my wife) in my life! I was just trying to get my bike fixed. I will never return to Pullins again, ever.

Maybe you were...? Perhaps your wife could shed some light. Steve is not a disrespectful person who does back his employees and community 100%. If you don't return to Pullins, it's your loss. For those of you reading this review, take it with a grain of salt, like any other. He is honest, knowledgeable, friendly AND respectful.
