Description: Minimally processed organic cheese from raw milk.
Good, but how is it raw?
This cheese was pretty decent. As a cheddar fan in general, I definitely wouldn't pass this stuff by; although, I didn't find it as "sharp" as I expected from the package label. And... how is cheese raw? I don't get it...
