This gluten free, rice crust pizza isn't going to make any celiac think that Grimaldi's has landed in their freezer, but it's at least recognizable as pizza.
The crust is thick and soft unless you toast it to a cracker-like state. The cheese is a little rubbery and there isn't too much of it. The sauce, however, is pretty good. Call it ok pizza without the wait - and probably without the t-shirt, I don't see it inspiring that, either.
It's never a bad idea to make your own, but if you like to have a pizza in the freezer and need to eat gluten free, try this.
