In the last couple of years, I started trying alternatives to regular milk. I have high cholesterol so finding non-animal based alternatives is important to me. I've tried soy milk in my lattes and started buying the boxed soy milk until I heard from a coworker that soy milk is actually not that good for you. I'm trying rice milk now and really like the taste, better than regular and soy milk. I like how it's not heavy, yet still feels nourishing and goes really well with my organic peace cereal. Does anyone know if there are any reasons not to drink rice milk?
