Perfect marshmallow topping for hot cocoa!
You won't believe my excitement when I found Ah!Laska non-dairy instant hot cocoa AND vegan Ricemellow at Rainbow Grocery store on the very same day. Of course, I snapped them up and found the ricemellow to be the perfect topping on a steaming cup of instant hot cocoa.
Ricemellow is not different from my memory of other marshmallow cremes -- I suppose I could put it on a sandwich, but that would just feel gluttonous. I see a dangerous trend here -- there are so many organic vegan junk food products coming out on the market that the stereotype of the rail-thin vegan is going to be a thing of the past.
