Great yoga dvd for beginners!

I adore this video. It is a good yoga session for beginners. The music is relaxing and the poses are very easy to accommodate to whatever level you are at. I mix this video up with Yoga Zone's gentle yoga for beginners. I probably like this video a bit more than that one, but it is just one long session instead of two shorter sessions, so I only do it on days I'm not feeling rushed.
