Description: Samovar serves wonderful, full teas in a comfortable environment. They also serve thematic foods to accompany specific teas. They're also a proponent of the slow food movement.
Good tea, good times
Staff are helpful. Teas are enjoyable enough. Outdoor seating is nice except when the seagul fountain water blows in your direction (after 3pm most days).
Yuzucha is normal for japan but unique to the US. It's a bit like imbibing kumquat marmalade in weak green tea.
I like this outfit's compostable disposable cups and that they bump Green Zebra coupons. Nice place. Pricey, so not 5 stars. Money is so weird.
