Better than the original
Whether or not you like beef jerky, this is a great high-protein, low fat snack. I often keep a package or two in my desk drawer at work for an afternoon snack. The packages look small, but they'll last for a few days worth of snacking. The taste and texture is similar to beef jerky, but more tender and less gristly.
