I guess this is the 1st certified American organic rye vodka. It definitely goes down smoothly yet gives me that clean, fire-burning sensation that only very good vodka does. Whereas many vodkas are more like highly processed lab affair-experiments with chemical enhancers, this vodka reflects its natural fermentation process and the purity of its ingredients.
