6-Minute Tagliatelle
I thought it would be hard to find a good replacement for wheat-based pasta, but I was mistaken. I have found several sources. Glutano's Tagliatelle is one I really like, made with maize starch and maize flour. Tagliatelle is ready to serve in six minutes with one of my all-time favorite Greek dishes, Kota Melitzenes Me Spitisir Hilopites - Chicken with Eggplant.
