Anti-inflammatory cherry juice

I have severe arthritis and tart cherry juice was reported to have anti-inflammatory properties. I purchased Brownwood Acres (in Michigan) concentrate. The delivery was very quick to California. This tart cherry juice is concentrated and is natural with no sugar added. This was important to me because I have diabetes. It mixes easily with water and tastes like cherry pie filling without sugar. I found my muscle and joint pain to be significantly reduced. It did not cause any spike to my blood sugar.
