BEST vegan soy cheese around! GO VEGAN!!
It's been tough finding a great tasting, 100% vegan cheese (NO casein, people!!) that melts well, but Teese does the job! It tastes great eating it sliced up alone or shredded and melted on a pizza. It's got that great strong mozzarella flavor, with great texture.
It's not yet available at grocery/natural food stores, but if you live in the DC area, you can buy it at Sticky Fingers Cafe. You can also order it online at VeganEssentials.com, theVeganStore.com (Pangea), or Cosmo'sVeganShoppe.com.

Brilliant and right on cue.....Finally a decent VEGAN cheese...no more cow puss and no more casein. Hope they can come up with some additional flavors in the future.
