This is a yoga video that is very workout-focused. If you are wanting to tone and don't care as much for the meditation side of yoga, this video is for you. Personally I prefer workouts to move more slowly, but different strokes for different folks, I suppose!
The really cool thing about this video is that it has 5 different workouts ranging 10-19 minute each. When you first turn on the dvd you can select up to 3 workouts, and it will play them in the order you chose so you don't have to mess with the dvd player again. There are beginner, intermediate, and advanced sessions, so this dvd could be useful to you for quite a long time.
Warning to beginners: The "beginner" session is faster-moving than any beginner session I've ever seen! I would only buy this video if you are fairly physically fit.
