Best Yoga
This center is awesome. It offers movement therapy, Ashtanga yoga classes, workshops, retreats and instructor trainings. It's not pretentious and everyone is positive and encouraging. If you have ever thought about trying yoga, but it seemed intimidating, go to the Samarya Center. They even supply mats and blankets.
