best darn organic, fair-trade chocolate out there
Theo Chocolates is a new Seattle-based company that makes fabulous chocolate bars and truffles, using all organic, fair-trade chocolate. My favorite is the "Bread and Chocolate" -- sounds weird, but if you love sweet and salty together, it's to die for.
