Some people feel becoming vegan as a difficult. But they understand that it is the single largest individual contribution someone can make to reduce our impact on the environment so want to give it a go. Chef Mary Lawrence provides amazing vegan foods for busy people. She makes sure there is the appropriate balance of protein fat and carbs and is also delicious. Once you get the hang of it you can venture out on your own and just treat yourself to some meals occasionally or maybe the deserts!

Thanks for posting a review of my business! For anyone wondering about how my service works, you can visit my website, www.wellonwheels.com, for more information. As a personal chef, I prepare meals in the client's own kitchen, so when you come home after a long day at work, dinner will be waiting for you. I do the grocery shopping, prepping, cooking, packaging and clean up - all you have to do is enjoy dinner!

I am based in New Haven, CT but travel all over the state for my clients. I offer different meal plans depending on whether the service is for a single person or a family of four, and I cook a week's worth of meals at a given time. The meals are then packaged in containers with instructions for reheating. They can be eaten fresh or frozen and store well in the refrigerator. The meals are always vegan, organic and gluten-free and can be customized to suit the client's tastes and dietary needs (eg., low fat, low sodium, macrobiotic, etc.). I also give cooking and raw food lessons and do nutrition counseling. I have studied at the Natural Gourmet Institute in NY and have been in business over five years.
