This is a great way to clean out your insides!!!!!
While in high school, I entered the market simply because I wanted to see how things were when it came down to eating healthy and keeping my insides clean. When I walked into the store, I have to admit that I was turned off by the smell of the food that was being sold in the market. Even though the smell was bad, I still made it my business to buy something from the store just to see how it would help me internally. Being that I am a famous singer, I was some what afraid to try news things that would mess up my insides and singing voice. But after my trip to Whole Foods Market, I realized that my goal in life was to be a vegetarian and to make sure that my insides were clean. I have to say that I use the bathroom letting my bowels go and breaking toilets about twice a day. LOL!!!!!
