Organic Valley Milk is like all their other products - top quality! Go to their website to print out coupons for great savings on their whole milk as well as their other dairy products. I've been a Farm Friend for nearly two years now, and look forward to receiving their newsletters in my inbox, which include a link to their recipes, like Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream:
Ingredients:
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup Organic Valley Whole Milk, chilled
2 cups Organic Valley Heavy Whipping Cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Prepare/freeze the insert of your ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Use a whisk to stir sugar into milk until it completely dissolves. Stir in the whipping cream and vanilla extract.
3. Add mixture to ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s directions. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze the ice cream 4 or more hours.Yields about one quart of ice cream.
