Depressing
The roaming thing is incredible. I too had the "supervisor" credit 50%, but I think the phone agent went to the bathroom or something. I have been a Working Assets long distance customer and credit card user for years. I now have decided this "Green" 1% is just a route to bigger profits.
Why hook up with Sprint? How can Working Assets complain about abuse of civil rights while supporting these corporate crooks.? I will end my relationship with Credo as soon as the contract is up or when Sprint files bankruptcy, which is more likely each day. There is a reason Sprint is losing one million customers a month. . .and might take Working Assets down with them. Good riddance.
