Yogurt
Description: Natural & handcrafted product from Sonoma county.
Morning Awesomeness
SB Yogurt is plain awesome, although I've just finished a honey awesome jar of it just now.
Saint Benoit is produced locally in Bodega, CA and delivered only locally to independent grocers such as Berkeley Bowl. The yogurt tastes amazing for several reasons:
1. It's packaged in a reusable ceramic pot. Glass/ceramic doesn't leach plastic into the flavor! I can bring this back to be refilled, or keep as a flower pot/drinking jar/pen holder...
2. All natural ingredients: locally produced whole jersey milk, locally produced honey, living cultures. There are no artificial sweeteners, cancerous color additives, or "preservatives."
3. The cream on the top! Sit a pot in your fridge for a couple of days. I got a nice cream top after doing that. Yum!
4. Locally produced, 65 miles from my house. Sweet! (fewer GHG's and other pollution)
