Haven't dropped in yet...

caveat: I haven't eaten at this fine establishment yet. However, I hear great things, and someday will eat them.

My experience with Zuni Cafe is through my experience at a biodiesel startup. Zuni was one of our early adopters, contributing their waste vegetable oil from the kitchen to become biodiesel for cars, instead of animal feed/landfill/cosmetics. So, kudos to the great people at Zuni for being green throughout their business cycle! :)
