Description
Green business looking for Part-time Cleaning and Building Maintenance. Clean floors, offices, sinks, bathrooms as well as grounds maintenance: planting & watering flower beds and flower boxes, hand weeding, sweeping & raking with non-power tools, as well as rechargeable, snow salting and removal, etc. Be our Recycling Coordinator and Green Educator for our building and business occupants and to the community by example. Green, non-toxic and sustainable cleaning supplies. Composting and rain-water collection (experience preferred or will train)
This job is 85% Cleaning and washing floors, shelves, bathrooms, gathering up recyclables,etc. 15% general maintenance, changing light bulbs, light repairs, painting, exterior grounds work, sharing and educating others.
2 or 3 days, 3 - 4 hours each. Schedule can be flexible, but established hours must be maintained. No cell phone use possible while at work. 30 minute commute or less, inside bike parking available.
