Description
The successful candidate will manage and administer all aspects of land agreements, title insurance negotiations, ALTA survey management and any other task necessary to manage real estate controlled by Element.
Responsibilities
• Manage real estate lease and purchase option process from land acquisition through project operation.
• Coordinate with project managers and attorneys on document drafting and with lease administrators and land agents on preparation and processing.
• Process leases and purchase options ensuring accuracy of detailed information and payments.
• Administer real estate database and maintain records.
• Track milestones ensuring seamless communication with accounting and prepare reports for developers and investors.
• Lead activities where needed on survey management, title insurance negotiations/procurement and other real estate activities as related to project financing and construction.
• Provide support to acquisition activities including due diligence on potential opportunities related to real estate.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree a plus
• 5 + years experience in real estate management with a preference in renewable energy
• Experience managing and organizing complex real estate documents
• Meticulous attention to detail and impeccable organization skills
• Strong process management, time management and system tracking skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Self-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively within dynamic organizations
• Working knowledge of databases and Windows-based business software applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
