Description

Pheylonian Productions is a family business the has been in business for 38 years selling an extensive line of 100% pure cappings beeswax candles, certified organic cream honey, Pheylonian 'Lip to Toe' Healing Balm and Marl of Kohnar. We are currently looking to consolidate the work that three of our family members do various parts of. As it is that our business is growing and the times are changing, we feel it is beneficial for us to focus on the growth and diversification of our business(s). We are looking for a responsible individual to take charge of sales on many levels. As the owners we will still be involved directly, but relying on your diligence and comprehension of our product as the primary contact with our customers. This will allow us to concentrate on larger developements within our business and product line.

This position would work directly with customer service and production, as well as accounting where needed. We have well established, reliable employees, both on a production and management level. We run a casual, friendly work enviroment and our customers are very pleasant and appreciative of our products.

Location: Marlbank, ON K0K 2L0 - north of Napanee in SE Ontario.

Responsibilities:

- Contacting existing wholesale customers on a quarterly business ( 250 + accounts between Canada and USA) with a newletter, seasonal promotions and sales calls where needed. Most correspondence is from inhouse and done through email and phone.
- followup correspondance re sales contact post trade shows
- followup on requested catalogues sent for wholesale purposes.
- work with our design graphic person on monthly outreach to existing retail customer base with a newsletter.
- Participate with sales develpment programs, trade shows and retails show as well as various levels of show arrangements, contracts, accomodations and travel plans, etc.

Qualifications: Previous sales management of retail and wholesale customers. Knowledge of holistic, healthful, green and natural products and the customer base interested in these life style choices is definetly an advantage as we have a very diverse customer base and many of them are very knowledgable in products of this nature. We will conduct product training on site over a training period. A good percentage of the information needed to be learned is on our website.
