Position Overview:
Bella Energy is looking to fill a new position for "Technical Sales Support". The Technical Sales Support person will be supporting the sales team doing site analysis, PV design and assisting with proposals for commercial and residential customers and RFP's pre-sale. Applicant must have experience designing and installing PV systems and have excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Make qualifying calls to prospective customers
- Do satellite layouts and estimates
- Measure roofs and do layouts as needed.
- Represent Bella at trade shows, interacting with customers
- Work on marketing or sales generation projects
- Manage contractor partner relationships
Assist other parts of the company as needed.
Qualifications:
Necessary Skills/Attributes:
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent team player
- Excellent communication skills, including phone, face to face, written, etc.
- Organized, attention to detail, and customer orientated
- Excellent follow through, dependability, and commitment
- Manage complex projects
- Self directed, able to prioritize, and manage multiple projects and tasks.
- General computing skills: Excel, Word, email, internet usage, etc.
- Ability to climb on roofs
Helpful Skills/Attributes:
- AutoCAD experience
- Roofing, carpentry, or electrical experience
- Engineering or construction related degree
- Solar design or installation experience or education
- NABCEP certification
