Nice thing about trains is, you never need to check your tire pressure. Real time-saver! Here I'm on the Amtrak capitol corridor train. We're nearly into Sac, still passing farmland. I'm taking the train even though it takes longer than driving in order to relax, and to prep for my meeting with State of California's Dept of Conservation director. US trains aren't as smooth as Japanese but you can still get up and stretch just fine or use the bathroom.
