There's almost nothing better than Dagoba chocolate... :)

I'm a huge dark chocolate fan and Dagoba makes the best tasting, most innovative and healthful AND organic dark chocolate out there!!! Dagoba also has a Triple Bottom Line business mission - so you can enjoy these delicious treats while knowing you're helping promote a better world to live in. They recently created a Superfruit bar with acai in it. YUMMY! Am a little biased but it is outstanding!!

I love hemp seeds!

Manitoba Harvest organic hemp seeds go in my morning smoothie - every single day. It's a fantastic source of omega 3&6 essential fatty acids (essential for heart health as well as 'inside out' beauty!!) AND amino acids -- vegan/plant protein! Manitoba's hemp seeds have a great nutty taste and are tasty added to salads and also for cooking -- lately I've encrusted salmon with the seeds. Yum! I order their products from their site but they're also at Whole Foods and a bunch of the top natural product stores around the country. I'm eating less and less red and white meat so relying on Manitoba Hemp for healthy protein source. I also love their hemp oil...

Wonderful organic body lotion

I have Pangea's Egyptian Basil & Mint body lotion - and use it daily after showering and before bed. LOVE the smell and it makes my skin very soft and silky. Pangea has a lot of really nice products to check out - wonderful skin creams and facial masks too. Feels nice to know you're only putting really good ingredients on your skin - and makes me feel beautiful! I would love to go to a Pangea spa one day!!! And yes, that is a hint Pangea!

The best breakfast!

Sambazon smoothie packs can be blent with just about anything - easy, delicious and very nutritious (antioxidants, omega fats, fiber, protein) way to start your day. I blend original acai with Manitoba Harvest hemp seeds, an organic banana, european style yogurt from Trader Joes and often add handful of fresh raspberries or blackberries - whatever looks good at Farmers Market - and lately some Amazing Grass supergreens too. A lot of my friends and colleagues blend with Manitoba Harvest hemp milk, soymilk, water, most juices (I like organic concord grape, but apple is great too)...be creative!! You'll feel so good and its just delicious. My little 4 year old neighbor raids my freezer for his daily 'popcicle' too - they're great just eating out of the pack. Very proud to work for Sambazon.
