I love this honey!!

I bought this honey at Whole Foods. I tried it because I've never seen African honey before. This honey is absolutely delicious. I have organic orange and eucalyptus honey from Italy and also have tried organic honeys from France, US and S. America. The Zambezi Organic Honey is at the top of my list now. Its got nice depth and a wonderful balance of flavors without being too sweet or heavy and bitter.

Also I like that Zambezi Honey is raw, certified organic, and fair trade. The company supports over 5,000 farmers in Zambia, Africa. The owners were in the Peace Corps there. Great job!
