I think so much of what we all do daily, isn't really green
Aside from a great selection of food items, the health and beauty section is a must
Everytime I go in, my main reason is to puchase grocery items, but always find myself in the health and beauty section. They have a wonderful selection of products. It's so well organized and they carry everything that I am looking for. They excell at hair products and cosmetics. It is just next to the juice and deli section. I like to get something to drink and then go over are peruse the various lines of products. The hair conditioners that you put on before you shampoo are the greatest, especially in the summer if you swim, just the best. Burt's Bees has one with avocado that I love and this is one of the few places that carry it.

Sustainable Products and Eco-Responsible Support at AKA Green
AKA Green is truly a breath of fresh air. Their collective vision that is conveyed by the products they chose to represent, the knowledge they share and support they offer is stellar. AKA Green has a wonderful selection of eco-repsonsible surface materials, household cleaning products, gorgeous paint products, as well as a Green Building division, what more could you want in a green haven? Jeffrey Frost is a delightful person who has deep knowledge of green practices. I would not think of going anywhere else for what I need or desire regarding sustainable products.
