Almost, but not quite

I really like most of their products, but why don't they make a fragrance-free fabric softener? Contrary to popular belief, most people do not want their clothes to smell like a lavender field.

If they could make the fabric softener fragrance-free, or at the least, make it with a more agreeable fragrance, I would give their products a five-star rating.
