BEWARE! Poor customer service, incorrect info from phone staff My girlfriend and I were thrilled when we first found megabus through the hotel. We needed to get from Toronto to Buffalo Airport and didn't want to rent a car so we checked out bus options. At $15 per person Megabus seemed too good to be true and unfortunately it was.
