a perfect cleanse? well i just picked this product up today at the whole foods store
firts you take three pills bedore dinnner
then drink a mixed drink a half-hour after dinner
the drink taste like dirt which probably means it's good for you :)
then you take some pills at night
i hope it releases whatever has...
