Hello, this is Kushtush Organics | Eco Sleep Shop. Our customers are important to us, and "hanging up" the phone or being rude to our customers is not acceptable under any circumstances. We are very upset over this post and are attempting to identify this lady so we may work with her to correct the problem. Kushtush Organics | Eco Sleep Shop understands completely that backorders or delays can cause frustration and disappointment. This is not what we want for our customers. We want our customers satisfied, and proud of their organic purchases. As to anyone being rude, we are reviewing what happened internally, and making immediate changes to ensure that does not happen again. While we do expect staff to be treated fairly and without abuse, we want our customers to know we care very much that they feel comfortable contacting our company with their concerns.
