Review of Saint Olaf College
Green College St. Olaf
St. Olaf College has really embraced environmental design and ethics. They are currently building a green science center with natural lighting and compostable toilets, among other features. In addition, they compost all compostable food waste in the cafeteria and grow organic food on the campus. This program is called STGROW and the food is then fed to the students in the cafeteria.
