Kulfi Bars
This Ice Cream Bar is really, really delicious. My daughter and I ate the All Natural Mango. There is NO corn syrup or eggs. The sugar used is organic. I found them at Elephant Pharmacy, but I'm sure you will be seeing them in other natural food stores soon.

The Cool Wallet
The Jimi is one of the most handy wallets to carry around, especially for someone who doesn't like a regular wallet. This one can hold bills, a driver's license, and a few credit cards. A lanyard is available to prevent losing it and it's great when going on a run or to the gym. Many merchants comment on how cool it is and often ask where they can buy one. What's even more cool is the variety of colors they come in. Check out the web-site. You'll be glad you did.

Green bin your food
These 100% biodegradable and 100% compostable bags fit very nicely into your kitchen compost pail. Before these were introduced into stores, we were lining our green pail with newspaper and dumping our food scraps into grocery bags. What a pain that was! I cannot give this product a rave enough review. They will make composting or food scrap disposal a breeze. The other good news - they can also be used as a food storage bag. How cool is that! Organic Cookies
These organic oatmeal raisin cookies are a very good healthy snack for child or adult. They have the USDA Organic label, and as one would expect, have no hydrogenated oils. I still have yet to find them in my local natural grocery store, but I believe they are a relatively new item.

The Inca Powder
This dietary supplement is very good when mixed with a glass of organic soy milk. One teaspoon gives one a little energy boost. And I feel that my attitude is more positive. I know that Whole Foods sells it for about $24.

organic fruit
I usually don't eat fruit leather all that much, but some folks at The Green Festival in San Francisco(11/2006) were giving them away. I tried the apricot and found it to be really, really mouth watering. It obviously does not constitute a meal, but if one has the munchies, you can't beat it. I would say that 4 of them would be just enough. They are only 35 calories each. I love the name too- FruitaBĂ» Smoooshed Apricot (Flat) Best of all, it's organic!
Enjoy!

Pomegran Cherry
I found this energy bar to be really good. It's a little sweet, but not too sweet. 17 grams of sugar and no salt fat. And I found there to be no aftertaste, which I like. The protein content is a bit low (4 grams) from what I'm used to, but it seems to hold me over for a while with the 230 calorie content.

yummy yucky
I was so pleased to see clif giving away samples of their amazingly delicious fruit and nut bars at the Green Festival. I have been a big fan for many years. On occasion I buy Clif Bars by the box. My absolute favorite bar is the Dark Chocolate and Walnut flavor. I'm a stay-at-home dad often on the run. And when I need a quick nutritional boost, I often reach into my daughter's diaper bag and reach for one of these bars. Today for the first time, I had the opportunity to sample the Cinnamon Pecan flavor. It too is very, very tasty. Who knows? It may soon become my new favorite Clif Bar!
