better than sugar, cheaper than honey i feel guiltless when i use agave. it certainly isn't the most inexpensive option for a sugar alternative, but i barely notice. madhava's is my favorite, and i have the option of dark or amber. good in coffee, on cereal, and in brownies. yum.
