Connecting college seniors and recent college graduates with meaningful green work
More LessJoanna Adler currently serves as the Associate Director for the Career Development Center at Mount Holyoke College, a women's liberal arts college in Western, Mass. In that role, she focuses on student preparation through individualized counseling, as well as overseeing the internship and student employment programs for the college. Joanna first became interested in green careers back in 2003 and took the intiative to attend multiple conferences, research current trends and become deeply familiar with the industry. Joanna is strongly passionate about growing and procuring food locally and is a member of a Community Farm Share in Easthampton, MA. Before coming to Mount Holyoke College, Joanna served as the Assistant Director of Internships at Yale University. She recieved her Master's Degree in Higher Education/Student Affairs from Indiana University-Bloomington and her Bachelors in English and Secondary Education for Syracuse University. When not at work, Joanna enjoys presenting leadership workshops nationally as well as teaching and perfoming Lindy Hop and Charleston: the original forms of swing dance.
