Previous Comment Misleading

The previous comment about Epicurean is misleading. I have an Epicurean board at home and love it. The Preserve Cutting Board may be similar, but when I looked at it, it too is made of phenolic resin. When all bonded though, phenolic resin isn't as scary as one might think. I'm not sure about Preserve, but I know Epicurean is backed by the National Sanitary Foundation, which is why I trust it.
