Green and Blacks has created quite a desirable little delight. I had one little square of divine milk chocolate, the kind that really does melt in your mouth, and there was no doubt that it was delicious. Now, I think its harder to find a good caramel than a good milk chocolate, a caramel that is smooth but not too thick, a caramel that isnt gritty with sugar, but more so a divine sweetness. Green and Blacks has a success in both their caramel and their milk chocolate. This was truly a tag team of taste in all the right ways.

Flavor for your Table
I just cannot complain. Its a simple Syrah. The aroma was not strong, per say, but enticing nonetheless. This Syrah may not be the best dinner wine for it is on the lighter side. I see it more so as a cheese, bread and grapes kind of companion. It rolled gently across my palate, went down smooth, and it had a subtle finish. Its a wine that I savored and that allowed me to get back to work prior to my tasting. None of this knocking me off of my feet, or putting me to sleep kind of wine. A breezy Syrah that I would not turn down. If you like an intense aroma, flavor and finish, this may not be your top choice, but I'm sure you won't go wrong with the Frey Syrah.
