The true costs of gasoline use Terry writes a compelling book on how and why gasoline use has hurt us and the environments we depend on. Partly due to reading books like this, wanting to walk/bike more, and partly from working at a biodiesel startup, I sold my gas-powered car in 2006.
The only negative is that Terry promotes...

"Haven't been here yet..." ...but I know from working in the biodiesel industry previously that Millennium used (and probably still uses) a green grease pick up service to properly dispose of their used kitchen grease. This grease is then recycled into 100% WVO-derived biodiesel. One of Millenium's chefs moved onto work at...
What is it? As is now popular with energy and food production, should our national/global "money" and financial systems be supplemented by localized, redundant, distributed systems?
