Best Peanut Butter Ever
I love this peanut butter. Mom used to buy the cheapest brand out there. Thus, my aversion to oil rolling around in the peanut butter jar. Many natural/organic peanut butters need stirring and refrigerating, then stirring again, when you can barely get a knife into it after 24 hours of refrigeration. Maranatha says it's No Stir, but I think it needs a good initial stir right off the shelf, but after that, never mind! It spreads nicely even after refrigeration. It has no trans fats and the little salt and sugar that is added does not dilute the full peanut taste. Sorry Mom, $4.99 is worth every penny.

Gus Loves Paw Luxury
I found Paw Luxury on SustainLane and have been looking for something to help with the in between dog wash issues, particularly during the summer, since Gus (yellow lab) spends lots of time in the lake. Our shipping was fast and we received terrific freebees, doggie treats, organic shampoo and bar soap. We purchased dog coat deodorizing spritzer - I admit I was skeptical. It really worked well - removed the algae lake smell until I could do the dog wash in the front yard. Many times the smell returns within a day or two of a major wash and groom, but not so with this terrific spritzer.
I also bought the cleansing ear drops by Spot Organics. Those essential oils really help bring out the ear wax. We love clean doggies!

Great bags for any possible need
I bought 4 Acme grocery bags when I discovered ReusableBags, about 6 months ago. These bags are slightly larger than the average paper grocery sack and they're made out of recycled plastic (PET). They're advertised to stand up by themselves to be packed, which isn't completely true, but once you have a couple of tall things going in there, no problem. They also have a side pocket for greeting cards. The best part is that they'll never tear. As long as I can carry them, I stuff them full! They can also be machine washed. They almost make grocery shopping fun. I can really tell a difference in the number of disposable bags that we don't have collecting around the house. We use these bags for family car trips, too. ReusableBags also carries many trendy bags, too, so if you're a fashonista, have a look!

Not what I expected
I recently visited The Body Shop retail store, as I was on the hunt for an organic marine body scrub that would rival my current favorite from H2Oplus, which is natural, not organic. I sampled many of the testers in their product lines. The seaweed items' fragrance was overpowering, so I left them on the shelf, but I did pick up this moisture cream. The aroma is gentle and fresh. It goes on smoothly and is not sticky. However, it just doesn't feel like there's moisture in the applied area after even a few minutes. They gave me a free sample of the Wise Woman moisturizer, too. I'll try that next. My recommendation is to try the testers in the store if you can, first. I'm not overly picky about fragrace, but several of theirs were just not for me.
